Seperti yang gue ceritain sebelumnya, dengan berat hati gue mesti mencari pengganti Astro. Ada beberapa kandidat mulai dari Indovision, Telkomvision, ama TV kabel Fasindo. Di komen ada yang nyaranin First Media, tapi sayangnya gue di Bandung dan belum ada First Media. TV kabel yang masuk daerah gue baru Fasindo. Kalau saja belum ada Telkomsel Flash Unlimited atau IM2 Unlimited, gue pasti pilih Fasindo supaya bisa pasang kabel internet juga. Dan akhirnya gue pilih Indovision soalnya lagi ada promo ampe akhir Oktober, dimana gak perlu bayar biaya instalasi dan cuman bayar iuran bulan pertama aja. Gue pilih paket yang standar (Prime Family) yang biaya iurannya Rp.149.000 aja.
Setelah 2 hari ini difollow-up ama petugas Indovision dari Jakarta, buat mastiin alamat rumah ama paket Indovision yang gue ambil, hari ini petugas dari Indovision dateng juga buat instalasi pemasangan baru di kamar gue. Gue daftar tanggal 20 kemaren. Berarti 3 hari setelah daftar yah sesuai ama janji salesnya, maksimal aktif 3 hari. Kata petugasnya sekarang lagi banyak pemasangan baru. Hahaha…..pasti kebanyakan yang pasang baru sekarang2 ini tuh pelanggan Astro yang beralih ke Indovision kayak gue.
Siaran Indovision gue baru aja aktif beberapa menit yang lalu. Satu hal yang langsung gue sadari tuh kualitas gambar Indovision. Kurang tajam gambarnya. Bahkan untuk channel2 inhouse production mereka kayak MNC News sama2 agak pecah gambarnya. Aaahhhhh……jadi kangen Astro. Tapi yah masih mending lah daripada gue make TelkomVision dan harus dijejelin iklan2 soal TelkomVision sendiri yang norak abis. Terutama iklan yang ada Koko2 nawarin voucher isi ulang TelkomVision. Idih najis gue liatnya, gak berkualitas banget iklannya. Cukup deh gue liat iklan itu berkali2 waktu di tempat temen gue aja.
Setelah berbulan-bulan gue baca tentang permasalah di PT. Direct Vision, akhirnya per tanggal 20 Oktober jam 00.00 WIB disaat gue nonton Discovery Channel, siaran Astro tiba2 berubah jadi sebuah pengumuman.
