Selama ini gue gak pernah tertarik buat apply kartu kredit melalui prosedur standar. Dimana kita isi formulir aplikasi trus tunggu verifikasi. Buat orang yang kerja di kantor mungkin verifikasinya gak terlalu ribet. Tapi buat yang penghasilannya berasal dari internet, kemungkinan besar bakal ditolak aplikasi kartu kreditnya. Soalnya orang yang menjadikan internet sebagai sumber penghasilan ini kan masih belum terlalu populer di masyarakat. Jadi pasti bakal ribet ngejelasin pas verifikasinya, mending kalo orang yang verifikasinya ngerti.
Apalagi yang kerjaannya blogger kayak gue. Selama ini anggapan kebanyakan orang di Indonesia kan blogger tuh cuman orang yang memindahkan buku diary-nya ke internet. Padahal sekarang blogger tuh bisa ngehasilin duit juga. Bahkan banyak juga yang dah ngebuktiin penghasilan blogger lebih besar daripada manajer sekalipun. Tapi tetep aja susah buat apply kartu kredit dengan prosedur manual. Bahkan master Cosa aja yang penghasilannya ribuan dolar mesti apply kartu kredit pake jaminan.
Tapi sekitar 2 minggu yang lalu gue dapet telpon dari Panin Bank. Katanya gue masuk dalam daftar nasabah pre-approved kartu kredit Panin Bank. Karena masih gak percaya, gue bilang ama marketingnya kalo gue belum punya kartu kredit sebelumnya. Trus kerjaan gue ini online jadi pasti bakal ribet buat verifikasinya karenague gak bisa nunjukin secara fisik usaha gue. Tapi kata marketingnya, buat yang masuk daftar pre-approved gak ada verifikasi yang ribet, cuman formalitas doang. Yah sudah gak ada salahnya dicoba.

I’m going to be promoted to my new office in Texas. I think it’s going to be great for my career, as in here I’m appointed as a district manager with over 20 staffs. Off course this great offer I accept with great enthusiast. I can wait to do it. And besides I’m bored here. I need a new change of environment. And I think Texas would do just find for me. It’s a great state where I’m hoping to spread our marketing wings with bigger customers. And it’s warm there. Unlike that chilly New York seasons.
So I’ve got my bags packed, a subscriber letter from my branch in NY, and ready to head Texas. But first I need to assure about my place there. I’ve got no place to stay there yet. I need to find at least a room or better an apartment for me to stay. One of my work mates told me about this site. He said that I can find any available apartment for sale or lease.
